JCAM USPS-NALC Joint Contract Administration Manual 2022

The JCAM contains the authoritative, agreed-upon interpretations of the National Agreement and should be used to help resolve disputes at each step of the grievance procedure. The National Association of Letter Carriers and the United States Postal Service have agreed at the national level that this is the definitive interpretation of the National Agreement.
